P. Scott Beaumont, P. Eng BCIN

President, Norquay Design • Manufacturing

Scott Beaumont has worked in various disciplines of Civil and Structural Engineering across Northern Ontario. Scott graduated from the Civil Engineering and Society program at McMaster University with a minor in Human Geography. Scott holds a BCIN designation in Housing and Small Buildings, is a Professional Engineer licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), former Director of the Sault Ste. Marie Construction Association, and past participant in the Engineers-In-Residence Program through PEO. Scott currently serves on the Sault College Civil and Construction Program Advisory Committee and the Ontario Structural Wood Association (OSWA) Technical Committee, and has also recently been a guest speaker for the Northern Lights Chapter of the Ontario Building Officials Association.

Natalia Lizarazo Correa, B.Eng BCIN.

Vice President, Norquay Design • Manufacturing

Natalia Lizarazo Correa graduated from the Civil / Structural Engineering Program at McMaster University (2008). Natalia holds a BCIN designation in Small Buildings and has worked in the engineering and construction supply industry for over 15 years in Northern Ontario.

Paul DeClerck

Sales Manager and Principal, Norquay Design

Paul DeClerck has worked in the Civil Engineering field for over 30 years. Graduating from Sault College in the Architectural Technician Program (1987), Paul holds a wealth of experience through past projects across Ontario. Paul previously worked 30 years with Millar Engineering, before joining Norquay in 2016.

Kate Lillie

General Manager, Norquay Manufacturing

Kate Lillie has worked in the truss industry for over seven years, after completing a four-year Architectural Program at Fanshawe College (2015). Early in her Career, Kate gained architectural experience working at an Architectural and Engineering firm before joining Norquay Trusses Ltd. in 2021. Kate’s past experience, knowledge and expertise is a valuable asset to the Norquay team.
